  • How do I contact you?
    There are many ways in which to contact us! 1. By Email at hello@tadmark.co.uk 2. Leave a message in our chat (bottom right of the page) 3. Live chat - When a member of staff is available it will show as "ONLINE" in the chat 4. Phone - Call us on 08456 800823. (Calls are charged at local rate) 5. Complete our contact form and a member of staff will contact you 6. DM us on social media Be sure to follow our social channels for the latest updates, products and competitions.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    Before placing your order, please check our delivery and turnaround guide here As this is only a guide and we often complete orders within these turnaround times we will notify you of your expected delivery date once an order has been placed.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    You can make payment directly through the website on the checkout page via a credit/debit card. We accept all major forms of debit / credit card including Visa & Master Card. For bespoke orders, please contact us directly and we will send an invoice payable by bank transfer.
  • Where do I upload my artwork?
    Email your artwork or design brief over to us at hello@tadmark.co.uk. Please be sure to quote your reference number when forwarding artwork.
  • Do you offer bespoke items?
    Absolutely! We are currently working on adding more products and services to our website, however if you require something a little more bespoke we can help. Simply contact us direct and we discuss your brief, finding products or services that work for you.
  • I want to collect from the office?
    Collection is completely free from our Shotton based office. Let a member of our team know you would like to collect and we can arrange an appropriate time for you. Unit 4 Pendle Court Evans Way Rowleys Park Shotton Deeside CH5 1QJ
