Collection or Delivery

You can choose to pick your items up from our Shotton Office free of charge. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection or take advantage of our courier delivery service.

 

COURIER DELIVERY

Our courier delivery option is available for orders shipping within the UK and orders over £150 are shipped via courier free of charge! Once your order has been completed in our standard product turnaround it is then shipped on an all-day, next working-day service with our chosen courier service. We use different couriers for different products including DPD, APC, Fedex, Royal Mail, UPS and Evri. Although this is a next-working-day courier service, unforeseeable circumstances may cause delivery delays. Although it's extremely unlikely that this will happen, we cannot accept any responsibility for any failure by an external delivery company. For offshore or remote UK locations, such as the Scottish Highlands, the delivery may take longer. Please get in touch if you have any queries about delivery times to your area. You must ensure someone is available to receive your order on the day of delivery. If you require a specific delivery date, please contact a member of our team before placing your order to discuss your exact requirements.

PRODUCTION TURNAROUND TIMES

Average production turnaround times are shown below are as a guide only and to manage your expectations. Shipping times are on top of this. Please note that these are average turnaround times only and are shown in working days which does not include weekends or public holidays. Here at Tadmark we work hard to turn orders around as quickly as possible and you may well recieve your order mush sooner than the production times outlined below. We will notify you of an estimated delivery time when your order is placed. Your order will be shipped based on the product with the longest turnaround in your order. If you require parts of your order to be shipped sooner and this is available with the current turnaround, please place this as a separate order and confirm your deadline in the Customer Comments section during the checkout process. We are not able to part-ship orders.

Working day cut-off is 5 pm UK time. For example, if you place your order on Monday at 4:30 pm (before 5 pm) the first working day is Tuesday. If you place your order on Monday at 5:30 pm (after 5 pm) the first working day is Wednesday.

3 - 4 weeks from approval of your digital proof.

EMBROIDERY: 
(Beanies, Caps, Bags, Fleeces, Polo Shirts) 
2 - 3 weeks from approval of your digital proof.

PAPER PRODUCTS
(Art Prints, Business Cards, Compliment Slips, Flyers & Leaflets, Greetings Cards, Loyalty Cards, Menus,  Paper Stickers, Postcards, Posters, Swing Tags, Vouchers, Folders etc) 
10 working days from approval of your digital proof (if a digital proof is required).

 

BOOKLET PRODUCTS:

(Brochures, Calendars, Notebooks)

10 working days from approval of your digital proof (if a digital proof is required).

 

VINYL STICKERS:

10 working days from approval of your digital proof (if a digital proof is required).

 

MUGS, COASTERS, BOTTLES  
10 working days from approval of your digital proof (if a digital proof is required). 

BANNERS, FLAGS SIGNAGE:
